Programs

Children 5-7: 

At this level, our little ones’ attention span is still developing.  We focus on the very basic hand and foot skills, coordination, following directions, and being mentally engaged in Taekwondo.  It’s all about learning while having fun.  

Children 8-12:

We focus on techniques to develop their flexibility, balance, strength, speed, and accuracy while making sure they enjoy the martial arts.

Teens 13+ & Adults:

Emphasis is on flexibility, stamina, agility, power, and conditioning drills.

Private Lessons/Tournament Coaching: 

For individuals who’s schedules don’t fit the regular class or who need more one-on-one instruction or individual coaching for an upcoming tournament.

Team Tournament Training: 

Our team training is specific to individuals who want to compete in a tournament for either sparring and/or poomsae.

Classes are small and focused with 5 or less students.
